Timothy Hill Kingsmark Jewelers took a fixed a ring that I’ve had for over 15 years. It lost a 10pt diamond 2 years ago and they were able to match up the shape of a replacement diamond, repair it so anll the other diamonds were tight and secure and returned it to me looking better than new! Had over to The Avenues Mall and visit Kingsmark Jewelers they are true craftsmen and their customer care is top notch! They easily deserve a 5 star rating!!!

Cole Harper Brought my gold chain in to have the clasp fixed and they did an excellent job. Fair pricing, honest work, and the kind of people you can tell have been around forever. I’ve never had an issue getting my things back — always done in a prompt and professional manner. Great service and trustworthy folks. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. Françoise Mugnano I came in needing something fixed right away before I travelled back home and they were very friendly and helpful in figuring out a quick solution for my broken chain. While I waited, I wondered if they had anything to make my ring tighter and they were able to also offer something to hold it tighter. Excellent service and very friendly! Couldn’t recommend more.

David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Jake Hubbard Great experience here. I had a platinum ring resized, an engraving done on an antique silver bracelet and I had my grandfathers antique ring cleaned and resized. They all came out beautifully and for a very fair price. AND, he was able to get it all done in just two days, which was important because I needed them before leaving the country. 10/10. I highly recommend Kenny The Jeweler!
