5 /5 Tim Keeports: We had a wonderful experience, bringing in a wide range of gold and silver coins, old jewelry, and collectible coins for evaluation. The staff was top-notch and spent an hour plus with us reviewing the items and giving us both a fair price, as well as education on what to do with the items which had no value. These will now be donated to a local youth group. Thanks again!!!

1 /5 James Hill: I had called in ahead of time to ask if they purchase jewelry. Twice. Both times they said yes, the buyer stays until about 4 pm. I said okay no problem I’ll be there. I got off work an hour early to make sure I could get to the store in time, and drive 40 minutes from Ruskin. I get there and state that I’m there to sell a ring. She takes it and open the box (it’s a pink sapphire ring) and proceeds to tell me that “theyre only really buying gold right now”…… and gave me 2 other places to check out. You would think one of the two people I spoke with on the phone would have mentioned specifically they’re only buying gold at the time. What a waste of a trip.

I love that they have thoroughly documented the process on their website, so I knew in advance exactly what to expect. I did not have an appointment and arrived with a large volume of jewelry for them to process. Multiple jewelers helped make the process expeditious. I received a fair price for my jewelry, and they even honored their advertised policy of being "Top Buyers of Gold, Silver, Coins, Diamonds, & Rolex Watches in Tampa" by offering me more for a Rolex than a previous offer I had received from another jeweler. They have been serving the Tampa community since 1947 as a most trusted jeweler. That is over 75 years!! They take great pride in being one of Tampas oldest, most reliable, and independent family-owned jewelry stores. I am very thankful they continue to serve the Tampa area, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The personnel could have not been more kind, and gave me more than I expected. The same courtesy has been extended this year due to personal hardships.
