Susan Block I cant thank Silvio and his wife at Ocean Mile Jeweler enough for the incredible custom bracelet they made for my best friend. It was designed to honor her father, who recently passed. He was a military pilot and shared a love of travel and adventure with her. The airplane design came out perfect and is such a special tribute. Silvio was amazing throughout. He was great at communication, understood the vision right away, stayed in touch, and had it finished exactly when promised. He also worked with me on pricing, which I really appreciated. They only use sturdy, high-quality gold, and you can really see and feel the difference in the final piece. The whole process was smooth and heartfelt, and the bracelet brought a real smile to my friend’s face during a tough time. Carter Abrasives This place came highly recommended by family, who has been coming here for years. I went in too have some custom work and restoration of family ring to repurpose for my proposal. I was initially nervous about how this all works. But, Adrian was absolutely helpful and made this a breeze. MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!
