Very welcoming and professional. 10/10 recommend talking to her about any jewelry questions you might have. She even helped me get a replacement for an opal on another ring that had some issues. Larry Neely Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

As someone who never really wore any jewelry, I had no idea where to go to resize & restore my grandmothers 1950s wedding/ engagement ring, that I recently inherited. The staff here was very knowledgeable, & gave me a fair price on resizing (from size 6 to 8), replacing a small diamond, tightening the prongs, & polishing this sentimental ring. I can now wear it everyday, keeping my grandmothers memory alive. Thank you Filipi Jewelers!
