1 /5 MoonlitVoz: Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!

1 /5 Juan Rivera: Thieves..... Theyll switch your jewelry under the expectation of it being cleaned. The camera wont catch the switch in that spot. They know what they doing. If you bring something here dont let it out of your site

1 /5 Bre O: DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR JEWELRY FIXED!!!!! THEY SWITCHED MY MOMS CHAIN AND GAVE HER A FAKE ONE! SHE HAD HER CHAIN FOR 20+ YEARS REAL CHAIN!!!! AND WE CAN TELL THERE WAS A DIFFERENCE AND IT WAS FROM A FAMILY MEMBER WHO PASSED AWAY. A VERY SENTIMENTAL PIECE. THEY SWAPPED IT AND LIED ABOUT IT. WE ARE CURRENTLY TRYING TO GET THE SITUATION HANDLED BUT DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY SALE FAKE JEWELRY AND THEY STEAL. THEY WILL SHOW YOU A REAL PIECE AND SALE YOU A FAKE ONE BEWARE!!!!!! 1 /5 A O: When you take jewelry here to be fixed, the two brothers steal your real gold and switch it out with cheaper, smaller, lookalikes. And they know the cops cant do anything so theyre getting away with it. STOP GOING TO THIS STORE!!!! They are not honest people. Lying, cheating, crooks, is what they are.
