My last three purchases have been from here due to the outstanding stone quality and uniqueness of each piece, which makes for a very special gift. The owners, Aurthor and Diana, could not be more welcoming. They provide a warm environment with expert knowledge. You can really trust that your purchase is exactly what you want and what you will receive. The experience here is so much better than the larger corporate jewelry stores where you feel like the person working with you is trying to sell you a used care under high pressure. 10/10

Carson Vazquez I had the absolute pleasure of having Erica T. help me with an engagement ring purchase back in April 2025. She was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. I spent a good amount of time comparing different stones, bands, designs, etc., and Erica was patient through it all. I opted for a custom ring per her suggestion to take the single center stone from one ring and put it as the center stone in another band that contained side stones. The ring was ready for pickup less than two weeks later and it turned out beautifully. Fast forward to June, I planned out the proposal. I took my now fiancé up to one of our favorite spots while we were on vacation, the Blue Ridge Parkway. While we were stopped enjoying one of the many views, I got down on one knee with the mountains surrounding us and popped the question, it was perfect. She said yes and was completely in love with her ring. I appreciate everything Erica did for me to have a proper ring to propose with. I recommend any and all to KAY jewelers, as I was very pleased with the entire experience. I promised I’d leave a review for you Erica, so although a few months late, I didn’t forget :).
