The prices were good for the quality of the crystals. Also the owners vibes were absolutely amazing. They were truly the most amazing people that I’ve encountered with in a long time.

He was so kind and informative on procedure and the different ways a transition could be handled. I felt like I was treated very fairly. Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment.
