1 /5 Devin Gano: Went to this pawn shop today to try and sell my gold I asked for gold price which I knew wasn’t going to happen but when I did the old man behind the counter look at the other employee and laughed and acted like I couldn’t here it. I know pawn shops are a scam when selling something and I was prepared for an outrageously low price. BUT laughing at what a customer has to say under your breath is not how you should be conducting business. The remark was extremely rude and unprofessional.

1 /5 Don Schwendemann: Hands down, among the worst pawn shops around. They offered me $6.00 per oz for .993 Stirling silver. The explanation I was given for being offered .17 cents on the dollar was that they had to collect pounds of it before being able to refine it. Twenty minutes after walking out of the s........I found myself still trying to figure out how having to collect a couple of pounds of sterling silver to refine has anything whatsoever to do with screwing people over. True scumbags that own & operate Empire Pawn. Id strongly suggest taking your valuables elsewhere.
