Ive also had custom pieces made by Bob that are truly unique. Today I stopped by and had the sincere pleasure of meeting Ashley, who in my opinion is a gem in herself. Pleasant, Professional, Personable and Knowledgeable. Ashley was able to help me with all of my questions and made my visit very productive. 5 /5 Jeanie Ibert: My daughter just got a new ring sized here and loved the people and the product so I brought in a very old diamond ring I got from my mother to see if they could make it look nice. Aleigh suggested what could be done with it and Rob rebuilt the ring and reset the diamonds in it. He did such a gorgeous job! It looks brand new! Aleighs idea of what to do and Robs skill made a ring I’ll treasure and will still be perfect for future generations. They are total professionals and you can’t go wrong with them. Thank you so much for creating something of my mom that I can happily wear every day.

This was a very special request to have my mother’s original wedding ring setting size for my daughter for her engagement. They were able to show us what needed to be done to secure the setting and to increase the size of the band. It turned out amazing! So shiny and new. You would not know it was over 69 years old. 5 /5 Emily Hansen-Brown: I had an exceptional experience working with Ashley. I brought my wedding set in for repairs even though I did not purchase it from Les Olson. Ashley immediately made me feel as though I had been a customer for years. Her warmth and expertise were evident as she walked me through the process of repairs. She even showed my kids her tools and pulled out a treasure chest with goodies, to their delight and amazement! She was so patient with them (and me) and made sure all of our questions were answered. After the repair was completed, she welcomed us back like special friends and my wedding set has never looked better. I will absolutely be returning for all of my jewelry repairs and shopping!! I highly recommend Ashley and Les Olson.
