Whether it’s a loan, a great piece of jewelry, or a great deal on tools.... this is always my go to pawn shop to get anything I need. Also, I always feel respected anytime I come in here and that’s always a plus.

MBE I had such a great experience upgrading my wedding set at this location!! I mainly worked with Ellanita but everyone at this location is so kind and helpful. I had originally picked out an oval solitaire but once it came in I changed my mind and wanted a cushion cut. Ellanita was so sweet and patient with me during every visit which I really appreciated because I was so indecisive. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous diamond, setting and band. Highly recommend this location!!

Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! Fallon Rios H&Q is such a wonderful jeweler, whether you’re buying something new or restoring something sentimental, they truly go above and beyond. This was my second time visiting, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, which is incredibly special to me as it belonged to my late mother who passed away when I was 10. I’m very sentimental about it, and they treated it with such care and respect. In just two hours, they resized it, polished it, and returned it looking brand new. I’m so grateful for their kindness and craftsmanship. Thank yall so much! I’ll definitely be returning for any other jewelry needs.

Bob A This by far is the best jewelry store I have been to. Mike and his staff go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The selection and quality are incredible. We have purchased both watches and jewelry from Mike and have always been treated fairly and without question they never tried to sell us anything. They made sure they knew what we wanted then helped us get it. And the service does not stop with the sale. I purchased a necklace for an anniversary gift for my bride. She absolutely loved it and rarely took it off. We were out of state when we realized there was stone missing. I took a picture and emailed Mike and he told me to mail it to him and he would repair it. I told him we were going to be traveling and he agreed to hold on to it until we were going to be back home in Illinois to mail it. He called to let me know it was repaired and told me to call when we got home. I called and set up a time for him to mail it and to get the cost of the repair and shipping. He told me there was no cost for the repair or shipping. How lucky Orange Park and northeast Florida is to have Mike and his jewelry store. Even though we are out of state there is no question that when we need a jewelry store Mike and Kingsley Jewelry is where we will go.
