Irene Read I’ve been going to Zak’s for over 40 years. They have designed rings, earrings and repaired my jewelry throughout the years. I love Diane who always seems to be there when I go in. Beautiful showroom with new and some estate or previously owned pieces. It’s my go to place for all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend. Please be patient as showroom does get very busy. Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. 10630390 My wife had 4 custom rings made by Premier Jewelers, see photo. We were very happy with the service we received and the rings are beautiful. The people there are so nice! Most places want to just upsell you something or sell you something new. Well, they will sell you something new if that’s what you want, but they are happy to help you with anything you want to do. In our case my wife had something special made for herself. I wouldn’t hesitate to do more business with them. They are really good folks.
