Have we purchased elsewhere, yes. Has our experience been comparable, not even close. Never once have we had an issue. Prices have always been fair, service care and warranty have been top shelf. Larry Neely Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

Hayley Ricci I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.
