1 /5 Nancy Holman: Bill Green Jewelers has the worst customer service I have ever seen! My husband purchased an expensive bracelet for me there for Christmas. He bought it on 12/7/19 because he was going out of the country and would not return before Christmas. Charles Holt, the Assistant Manager, sold the bracelet to my husband knowing it was a Christmas present and assured my husband that I could return the bracelet if it was not what I wanted. Unfortunately, when I opened it on Christmas morning, I did not like it. I went back to the store on 12/30/19 and Charles Holt would not allow me to return the bracelet. He had the nerve to tell me that the return policy was only 15 days. Naturally, I am outraged!! This store has the worst possible customer service and they lie to their customers!! Buyer Beware.....Do not trust Bill Green Jewelers!!
