Mary Black I cannot say enough good things about Sam. My partner took me to our first meeting with my grandmother’s gold ring and we told him we wanted to turn it into our engagement / wedding ring. I explained my preferences, likes, and dislikes but I wasn’t really sure exactly what I wanted. He showed me a lot of options and then he designed the first 2 images. After many visits to other jewelry stores and hearing No, he was the only one that was willing to help me. The ring was not expensive or made of gold but he treated it as if it was. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. Baron Zackery By shear luck and happenstance that I actually ran into this charming gem of a jewelry store (saw the sign as I was visiting a certain cookie establishment) Stopped in asked about making and designing a particular piece. Brenda Kirk I have been a customer of Bighams for many years. I may be one of their most basic but Daniel was able to create a design for heirloom diamonds and combine them with mine to create a truly beautiful set for me. He is pure magic. When a bracelet fit wasn’t quite right, the owner sent it to the maker in Italy and had it expanded so it is perfect - without charging me more. It’s a special shop, I hope you enjoy it.

David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

Andy Bought a gold Miami Cuban chain from them, the price was really competitive. Couldn’t find anyone matching the price they were offering for the weight, also really friendly people working there, makes you want to be a returning customer. L. Kaufman Bob and Priscilla were such a delight! My husband and I love the area and love to vacation here whenever we can. We got me a new wedding ring/anniversary ring/vacation present and Bob helped us pick out a beautiful gold ring with a sapphire and diamond accents. I absolutely love it!
