We were immediately greeted by Aly, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely warm. There wasnt a hint of pretentiousness, which, unfortunately, can be rare at some luxury watch retailers. Aly was remarkably patient, taking the time to answer all my questions about various models and how they would suit our wrists. She clearly understood how to guide without pushing, making the experience truly enjoyable. While they didnt have the exact models I was looking for in stock, Aly promptly added me to their waitlist. What truly set this visit apart was an unexpected discovery: a stunning, pre-owned two-tone Rolex Submariner "The Bluesy" in one of their display cases. I hadnt planned on purchasing one, and honestly, online pictures dont do this watch justice! I was genuinely surprised that Kempfs had priced this lightly used, near-new watch so fairly—a stark contrast to the inflated prices often seen elsewhere. It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Kempfs Jewelers not only offers an outstanding selection of fine jewelry but, most importantly, provides unparalleled customer service. Ashley Rhodes My sister and I came in yesterday for me to get some permanent jewelry for my birthday. We had THE BEST experience! I’ve never been treated so well. A family owned mom and pop place. We were greeted with friendly smiles and told we could take out any of the chains we wanted to try on. They even offered us drinks during our stay. Prices are great! I will come back every time I come to PCB. Might even go back before I leave. My sister isn’t a jewelry person so she didn’t get anything, but after we left she was even raving about how kind the owners were and how much fun she had. Ladies this is the only place for permanent jewelry in PCB.

Ed Rozy I needed three small stones taken out of a bracelet that I was giving to my wife from my Moms estate; and the jeweler/owner took care of me on the spot. I could not be happier. Taylor Menne I brought my Papa’s watch in after finding it clearing out my Mimi’s house after she passed earlier this year. I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. Boggs brought it back to life! From start to finish the whole experience was so nice. Laura was the sweetest and most gentle in understanding how special this piece was to me. I can’t thank Laura and the watch repair specialist (sorry I didn’t get his name!) enough for taking such delicate care of my Papa’s watch and restoring it so I can wear it in his memory. Justin Bateman Went into the store looking for a ring to match my wife’s current ring in terms of style, color, etc. Richard sat down with us and went over options and gave us feedback. Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left. My wife casually mentioned that her current ring was dirty and he was quick to offer cleaning it. Overall… fantastic experience.
