Deonna was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, guiding us through every step of the process. The final piece turned out even more beautiful than we imagined. We first met Christa Crapps (SanMarco) at the Avondale location on a first time pop-in to check out the store. What an utter, true blessing it was to meet her.....an immediate bond and friendship. She has helped me immensely with several very treasured inherited pieces from my parents, whether it be redesigning them to fit me or securing the integrity of them due to be old pieces. How I value her immense knowledge and the work they do there. Due to my inherent trust of Christa and Underwoods, my niece in Virginia has her inherited jewelry done there too! I have also worked with Mary Laurel and Aracely, I trust them implicitly! While I may mention these wonderful ladies, the entire staff are kind, attentive and always care!!
