Pandora Jewelry - Dania Beach (FL)

1 /5 Veronica Nava: I visited the Dania Pointe store intending to make a purchase and noticed that there were two employees, each assisting a customer. Unfortunately, neither of them acknowledged my presence or greeted me upon entering. I patiently waited for 20 minutes without receiving any customer service or even a polite request to wait. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was disappointing. This happened during a week day at 4 pm, neither a rushing schedule.

1 /5 Vee Steve: We entered the store at approx 2:00p on 7/6/24. The 2 workers were helping customers as we entered. We were traveling here from Texas and wanted to collect the Florida charm & another one. The workers did not stop to greet us at all. We waited for 5 minutes. Still nothing. I understand that they were working with other customers(which is 100%fine) but give acknowledgment to other customers as they walk in. “I’d be right with you…something.” We left at 2:09 with no acknowledgement. Do better.

5 /5 Haylee D: I recently visited this store and had a fantastic experience. The store is very clean and organized and I was greeted and helped immediately. Gianna was such a sweetheart and helped me pick a new charm for my bracelet. I will definitely be returning to this location!

5 /5 JeLynn Douglas: Usually the customer service isn’t great when I go to Pandora stores but the customer service here was PHENOMENAL!! Bryana was the best! She was so helpful and patient. I felt welcomed and acknowledge when I walked in as well. Best Pandora store I’ve been to.
