5 /5 Christopher McVey: Seen some really old negative reviews and honestly I cant say that was my experience. Every time I come here I am treated like a valuable customer and have always been welcomed. They go out of their way to try to make accommodations for you and will even go as far as modifying their own jewelry to make something that fits your style and budget. Everything i have purchased from here has always been a fair price. Nothing has ever been exceedingly expensive like the big box stores. Just make sure to ask questions and look over every piece youre interested in to make sure it fits your needs. In the end, just remember theyre a business and making money is the ultimate goal.

1 /5 Kristina Go: I tried to have my watch battery replaced here. When I came to collect the watch, all six arms had been dislodged (most likely at during their attempt at battery replacement.). They went on to claim that they would never replace a battery on a broken watch but would be happy to outsource its repair to their jeweler for a fee. When I went to another jeweler, I was told that its common to dislodge the hands while trying to place a battery. Would never go to them again because of both incompetence and dishonest business practices.

1 /5 Melinda Grimmage: 1 star is too much for this place!! Please do not spend your money in this place because you will definitely regret it!! On black Friday my husband purchased me a ring from here within 4-5 days 3 diamonds had fallen out! We took it back and he the manager tried to make it seem as if it was our fault but tried to rectify the issue. But before then he overcharged us for the ring! So we allow him to fix it which cost us more money to put stones back in and we picked it up on 12/4/2018 the ring seemed to be perfect but by the evening after washing dishes a stone had fallen out again!!! So we take it back around 8pm that night and of course the manager tells us more lies but allows us to upgrade the ring and here it is today 12/5/2018 and I get to work only to see that two more stones have fallen out!!!! Im not going back to hear their lies anymore but PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO DONT SHOP AT THIS PLACE!!

1 /5 lazer1 lazer: My son purchased what appeared to be a nice "diamond and silver/white gold" and I took it to a local place to try and get it to lay flat and it turns out it was fake an over $2,000 necklace was fake everything was fake from the metal to the stones fake fake fake....I have yet to take it there with my son as hes on a business trip.
