Joji Yoshida After relocating to Pensacola were delighted to find a JCPenney store. Weve found gems or bargains just perusing the aisles. Parking is humongous to the front and side of the building. We hope more residents will support our local businesses.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted and asked “what brings you in today!?”. Richard is so great to work with. He takes his time showing you different options and gives his genuine and educated opinion. Kylie also helped me with resizing my ring and was nice to work with. I’ll be back for my anniversary diamond earrings.

Loree Thompson Very fast shipping! I was provided a tracking number an hour after I placed my order and received it 4 days later! The packaging showed pride and care in their business and the product. The pendant I ordered was in a nice box tied with a beautiful bow, a handwritten note and a wrapped thank you candy. This pendant/charm matched a bracelet I received when I was probably 7 years old (I’m 68 now) and was thrilled when I saw it. I would definitely purchase from this company again.
