I’ve taken several pieces of jewelry to be fixed here, on top of being so kind, and quick… they also make sure to keep their pricing affordable, especially compared to other places. I even went there one time thinking i would need to purchase a whole new gold clasp for my necklace, but the amazing woman working said “let me try something”.. Not only did she FIX it, when i asked what i owed her, she told me nothing. An amazing family to do business with, i’ve been amazed at how they everyone who walks through the door every time Ive gone there!

I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem! Jennifer M LPL Creations (Luisano Prato and her team of artists) is where BEADS meet fresh-water PEARLS and GEMS and become FINE JEWLERY. A couple of months ago I took a broken string of beads to her to fix for me, but what she did was amazing! They ELEVATED the beads to include small pearls and silver beads, and were able to create a long necklace, choker-style necklace and two earrings from what I took to them. I liked their artistry so much, I took them a very plain strand of Malachite beads we bought in Africa, and they again ELEVATED them with silver beads and gemstones. Since then, Ive bought a gift for a friend, and a gift for hubby to give me for my birthday. Stop by....youll be amazed!!

Joanna Heatwole I was always leary of all pawn shops, however I needed some extra cash and was referred to Jeff at Quick Cash Liquidator. I shocked! Jeff was so accommodating, offered me snacks when I got there, very friendly and inviting! His whole staff has that same customer mindset. It was a very pleasant experience and I actually got a free chocolate bar when I left! I cannot recommend Jeff and his staff more! You have to go see him and just look at the variety of things he has in his shop, beautiful jewelry, and diamonds at such reasonable prices! I will never go to a jewelry store again! Paul Rutter I went in to sell jewellery and came out with a big smile after seeing a friend from college I always check online reviews before trusting a business, and that’s exactly what I did before visiting Big Boss Jewellery. To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.
