To my surprise, I discovered that the owner, Andy—who used to tutor me back in college—was running the shop! Andy was very courteous and honest throughout the process. I had assumed some of my jewellery was 14k, but he carefully tested it and explained that it was actually 18k. He remembered me right away and paid me a fair price for my pieces. I 100% recommend Big Boss Jewellery. They’re a local, family-owned business that treats people with respect. Friendly, polite, and most importantly—honest.

I was originally going to go to another jeweler, but when I was talking to them over the phone, I didn’t like their attitude. So, when I was looking for another jeweler to go to I started searching on Google maps I saw that big boss had a lot of good reviews and the words that stood out were kind and patient. I’m so glad that they had weekend availability too So I go in and was received quite quickly I asked for a ring to be tested, and once I got quoted on a price I sold it immediately. I did some research before and I know it was a fair price. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. I also got cookies, which they don’t know—I love cookies. So that was also a plus. Thank you guys so much for your quick friendly and professional service. I would highly recommend this place.

I was able to have my jewelry repaired and found a great price that Andy gave me a great price on.
