Marlo Martin I initially visited Charles Jewelers to get earring posts put on my tiger eye roses. When I picked them up (they did a great job) I saw the most beautiful opal with diamonds ring in the case. I ended up deciding I had to give it some thought. So then the lady got out a tray of estate jewelry and I found a sapphire ring I loved. I bought the sapphires, picked up my earrings and left. But I couldn’t get the opal out of my mind, I went back to get it a couple of days later. Both times I spent time in this store all of the ladies I spoke with were super nice and we had great conversation about not only jewelry. I leave this store in a brighter mood than I entered with, I will definitely return (when I can justify to myself buying an opal necklace I saw).

J P What a great place to buy or sell gold!! I was helped by Vellisa and she made me feel like family. She was extremely professional and very kind. Because I was treated so well, she will be my go to person for gold and diamonds from now on. Thank you for a great experience.

With the knowledgeable and experienced help of TJ and his lovely wife, we were able to create a custom ring that took my breath away. Definitely the most gorgeous, elegant and timeless design I’ve ever seen. I adore it. Thank you so much TJ! The proposal was everything a girl could ask for and more and the beautiful ring you created just knocked it out of the park. I am eternally grateful. ❤️

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

ShelleMe 78 Went this past Saturday for a late Mother’s Day gift and my daughter who’s is a new mother wanted to pick up some makeup items. We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

Susan Frazier I had a bulova watch that needed to be repaired and Jewelry Works was able to repair. I had called the Bulova Repair Company (which was out of area) and was going to have to mail my watch for repair. I am so glad I found Jewelry Works in High Springs and close to my area for this repair. They did an excellent job on my repair and were very friendly and welcomed me to their store location. I will be going back to them for more repair and fixing prongs on my rings

A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.

yari Our experience was amazing! Took my five month old baby and it was such great service they even have a video stand to entertain baby during the process and they pierce both ears at a time, even give a cute little plushie at the end my baby loved it and loved the owner/worker her energy was beautiful! Such a cute place will be back
