Whitney Little I have experienced only the upmost professional and personal expert service while working with Peggy Daven and her talented jewelers. I have visited the shop many times, having jewelry fixed, from major to minor repairs, or making purchases. My jewelry is always returned looking better and being stronger and more reliable than the piece was when I dropped it off initially. The Peggy Daven team takes great pride in their work and are an endless resource on everything having to do with jewels. I would not entrust my jewelry with anyone else. Not to mention that Daven and her jeweler’s handmade work is stunning and of unparalleled quality. If I am wanting or needing a beautiful piece of jewelry for myself or as a gift, I only need to stop by one special shop- Peggy Daven. One jewelers in particular, Leon Higgins, is a particular joy to work with on anything from a jewelry repair to your decision to purchase what will become a family heirloom. His knowledge is unmet by anyone else I have met on the island, or anywhere in the world, frankly. He is warm and kind, and he makes great effort to fully understand what you’re looking for as a customer. Every expert at Peggy Daven will go out of their way to make your jewelry dreams a reality! Brenda Kirk I have been a customer of Bighams for many years. I may be one of their most basic but Daniel was able to create a design for heirloom diamonds and combine them with mine to create a truly beautiful set for me. He is pure magic. When a bracelet fit wasn’t quite right, the owner sent it to the maker in Italy and had it expanded so it is perfect - without charging me more. It’s a special shop, I hope you enjoy it.

TJ Walker What an amazing store! They carry a ton of product but have a family owned feel. I went there to pick out an engagement ring and Lucas was a HUGE help. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and never made me feel rushed during the entire process. Ended up leaving with a beautiful ring within my price point. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Allison Wilson Staci, and her staff, are fantastic! They take their time with each client, giving attention to each detail. After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.

No pressure to buy just allows you to shop and ask questions to lead you in the right direction of the perfect selections. There was a very large amount of variety and I appreciated the little baskets for your selections, as they were very handy. We loved it here and have told family and friends about it and plan to return for more shopping adventures. Great store for downtown and a must stop and see.

Erin Gleason FANTASTIC! Went in with the hopes of finding a classy wedding band, walked out with my dream come true. Karen and Justin came up with a custom wedding band, and it’s perfect! Karen is phenomenal and professional and assembled the most stunning wedding band. Justin is also amazing, and he also has such a creative mind on creating the exact piece you’re thinking of!
