Ive been there many times, made purchases,and had repairs done, and the pricing and customer service are very inconsistent. My jeweler in Ny actually never even charged me for repairs, which I believe is a great way to retain loyal customers. Although we have negotiated decent deals in the past , there were a few times that Ive decided to purchase from other jewelers due to the high prices. They do have great inventory and can pretty much custom make anything.

I love that Rohan, his dad Parag, and their sales representative will explain everything to you in great detail. I love this. They also buy gold and silver you can get cash or check. They go by the current market value, which they explain in person. They will give you the best deals on jewlery. Deerwood Jewelers also offers a free cleaning of your jewlery, and the first repair free, you know, should you damage your jewlery from a night out having fun, and you snag your favorite necklace entering a door. Well have no fear they certainly will take care of you. They also sale a variety of high quality watches from Movado, to Rolex, this store also does watch repairs, to include watch batteries. They also offer financing option for you to purchase your jewlery, upon approval through the financing services online. Also they offer insurance on your jewlery, should it be lost or stolen. Deerwood Jewelers also offers a 10 dollar raffle you can enter in, for a chance to win a 10 Karat Miami Cuban Link Bracelet. It is an honor for me to let everyone know about this great business. I only buy my Jewlery from Deerwood Jewelers now. Again I have been to alot of other jewelry stores, and there were hidden things, prices ect... 5 /5 Yahushua Highland: I have purchased a couple of things from Rohan and his father, I thought enough of them to send numerous people to do business with them and I plan to continue to do business with them, I also believe they should have some sort of incentive program for loyal customers that have sent them lots of customers and their family has made alot of money through, great place to get a very nice piece of jewelry, one of the best Jewelers in the city, if not the best in Duval, my personal opinion. I have had my piece for years now and it still looks amazing, custom pendant Gorilla Head. /G Salaam.
