Kim Friedman My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage. I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary for 30+ years!

Last Saturday I was there again and Debi helped me a lot. Nobody could open my pandora bracelet except her and she taught me how to do it.

Quality customer service and first choice on anything related to expensive jewelry or just honest advice. They were able to resize my great grandmothers ring to fit my wife and provided me with several options due to the high quality of the piece. After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.
