Misty Paez Today, I stopped by Kay’s to have my current rings evaluated and explore the possibility of trading them in for something special for my boyfriend. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Hope, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and knowledgeable, and she offered honest guidance every step of the way. Hope made us feel completely comfortable, allowing us to view as many pieces as we wanted without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her kindness and professionalism truly made the experience enjoyable. We left with big smiles and two beautiful pieces that my boyfriend absolutely loves.
