Chris Graybosch Went to the Altamonte store to get warranty work for my wedding band. A diamond fell out and I hadn’t been back to the store in many years. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.
