5 /5 Chris Graybosch: Went to the Altamonte store to get warranty work for my wedding band. A diamond fell out and I hadn’t been back to the store in many years. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.

She knows her stuff when it comes to jewelry and always takes the time to make sure you get exactly what you want! She helped me custom build a new wedding ring and her expertise helped me get something I absolutely loved. She also makes sure to get you the best deal and doesn’t try and just push the most expensive items the store has. I highly recommend going to see her for any and all jewelry needs!
