Donna went above and beyond to help me find my keeled piece, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable every step of the way, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choice. Their friendly attitudes and genuine care really stood out and made the entire process enjoyable. Timothy Zito I just had a 3-hour large-scale tattoo done by Kelly, and I genuinely couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. I have very sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder, and Kelly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and cared for every step of the way. She took the time to understand my skin sensitivities and adjusted her approach to accommodate them, which I’ve never experienced at any other shop. She also gave me clear, thoughtful aftercare instructions tailored specifically to my skin type. The fact that I could purchase the exact soap and healing creams she recommended directly from the shop was a huge bonus—super convenient and no guesswork. The shop itself has a really chill, friendly atmosphere. It’s an open-floor concept, which somehow makes it feel both laid-back and professional at the same time. They offer snacks and drinks, which came in handy during a long session. The entire team there is welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. My tattoo turned out even better than I imagined, and it’s healing beautifully thanks to Kelly’s expert care. I’ll absolutely be back for more work and can’t recommend Kelly—and the whole shop—highly enough. If you have sensitive skin or just want an artist who genuinely cares, she’s the one.

Elliza Beltran Snow Jewelers did an amazing job restoring my parents’ engagement ring and wedding band. Previously, the band was snapped and needed to be resized. It was also very tarnished after many years. The prongs holding the jewels also needed to be strengthened. Marisa did a great job explaining the process and getting my size. In my opinion, the price was also affordable. The jeweler did a great job bringing it back to life! Highly recommend their services.

Alexander Valledor I went in a for an engagement ring and Kathie was excellent, she helped me pick out the perfect ring. A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing. Kathie was great and Eli absolutely went above and beyond! A++, thank you so much!

Wildar Palanque Such wonderful people! Firstly, they were very welcoming as soon as I came into the place. They repaired my heart bracelet and cleaned and adjusted the clasp on the other. Definitely will not hesitate on utilizing them again. They have a selection of beautiful jewelry as well. They really know their stuff.
