Her gallery of beautiful things to look at surrounding the amazing options for sale can be a little overwhelming for some people and they want to touch. I was in the other day and a couple was so rude about her clearly posted signs. Show respect and get respect. She is a kind and generous woman with a big heart but sets clear boundaries. Also, while Im here “that’s so expensive” is an inside thought. Her prices are fair and you’re not at a thrift store ;). Support small business in a respectful way.

The staff was super friendly, and I got a beautiful permanent hand chain that fits perfectly. It’s a unique piece that I’ll treasure forever. David Meyers My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.
