Jamal Loyd I had a great experience at Kays Jewelers when I bought a pair of earrings. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They helped me pick the perfect pair and explained everything about the different styles and materials. I really appreciated their attention to detail, like helping me try on several options and offering care tips for the earrings. The store had a nice atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. I also love the added benefits, like free cleaning and a lifetime warranty. Kay’s definitely exceeded my expectations, and Ill be back for sure! Highly recommend!

Lindsay Morris Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!
