Coins and Watches I recently visited Eddies Estate Jewelry while looking for pocket watches, and I had a wonderful experience. Ghada and Eddie were incredibly welcoming, patient, and pleasant throughout my visit. They took the time to show me a couple of pieces and answer all of my questions. While I didnt end up making a purchase on this occasion, I was thoroughly impressed by their courteous and helpful demeanor. I highly recommend Eddies Estate Jewelry for anyone looking for beautiful pieces and excellent customer service.

Daniel Potts Straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest. Asked about exchanging some of my foreign currency. Got a no but also got a detailed reason and even where to go get them exchanged. The selections of coins and bars are really interesting. There is always something cool on display.

DeAnne Carter 5 stars is NOT enough! Haley & her staff @ Hometown Jewelry & Loan are absolutely amazing! Haley is one of the most talented jewelry designers and I absolutely adore her. She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! Heather Wright Kiki is the best! She’s helped me a handful of times now! I take forever to make a decision and she was professional and patient the entire time. She’s got a great personality and she really helps you to find what you are looking for! I’ve even came to see her twice about some charms I bought on eBay and of course most of them were fake. Sent them back to eBay and bought through Pandora with her! Recently bought the chameleon, the purple leaf, and the letter H with her on my last visit. Thanks girly! See you soon! LOL!

I really needed the repairs done same day. A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.
