5 /5 David Meyers: My girlfriend had a custom ring that was her late grandmothers. It was custom designed in Detroit in the 40s. We brought it to Mark to show him the design because Laurel always loved her grandmothers ring. This design is based on her grandmothers ring but in white gold. We chose a 2.1 karat diamond for the center setting and the baguettes are from her grandmothers ring. The experience was world class. We were both thrilled with how the ring came out. I surprised her with it on her birthday, and she is now my fiance. Mark and his team are amazing at what they do, and we will always go to Mark Lauren when we want something shiney and amazing.

5 /5 Oleksii: I was genuinely impressed by the staff at this jewelry store. I came to them with a problem—my only pair of glasses had broken nose pad holders. I didn’t have the money to buy new ones. I was very angry and stressed about the situation. I had no nerves left and very little money. But they repaired my glasses and didn’t even charge me a cent. I’m amazed. It’s unbelievable!

I had an issue with closing the back plate on my wrist watch and my wife had concerns about her wedding ring and whether the diamonds prongs were secure. My wife also had some questions about her deceased mothers ring that my wife now wears daily. We were greeted by store associate and consultant, Kim. Kim could not have been more helpful, pleasant and informative. She went above and beyond in assisting and addressing our questions and concerns. I would strongly recommend Mark Loren Designs to anyone looking for a first-class and reputable jeweler. Kim is a definite asset to this business and so wonderful to converse with. I might add that while browsing the store my wife and I observed very unique pieces of jewelry - more unique than most other jewelry stores we have frequented. It is clear that Mark Loren has a particular talent, skill and mastery for distinctive jewelry and special items. Great store. They offer beautiful and unique jewelry items and have sincere and welcoming employees that go out of their way to assist. Thanks to Mark Loren Designs and to Kim for a truly wonderful experience.
