1 /5 Will Waterman: Beware. I took my deceased mothers diamond solitaire ring in to be sized up so I could wear it. The original diamond was 1.3 to 1.4 carats, according to the jewlers estimate and a flaw couldnt be found by the jeweler when I walked in this business. They even completed a map of the stone, which had very few marks on it. The stone was almost flawless. When I picked it up it had a big fleck of carbon in the center of the stone and it was just over a carat according to their new appraisal. And while I was examining the ring the owner marked a big black dot on my diamond map. I felt very deceived! I was heartbroken. Beware Beware Beware.
