1 /5 Peter Smith: Terrible service. I booked 3 watches in for battery replacements. I was told to collect the following day..... After going back and forth for a WEEK, I finally got the watches back. I was then inconvenienced by being charged an extra $ 2000 which took another week to sort out with my bank. The one watch had a residue all over the face, and Maurice told me that it was like that when I booked it in. I was 100% sure that it was not as my wife looks after her watch.
This all happened in June
Now it is 4 months later and 2 of the 3 watches need to have battery replacements again because the batteries are dead / faulty!!!! Batteries normally last 2 years?
The store is a mess, Maurice the owner is very good at making excuses and blaming others.
Never ever again, will they see me.
