Deanna Butts I was a little afraid of shopping online for an upgrade to my engagement ring, but Venazia was awesome. My person, Nathalie, was extremely helpful and kept me updated the entire time. I designed my own ring and Nathalie helped me thru the design process and sent me mock ups. The fit was perfect and the outcome was perfect! I absolutely loved the rings!! Thank you, Nathalie!! Update - I’ve lost some weight and I needed my ring to be resided by a quarter size. While at that, I wanted a few changes to the ring after living in it for a few months.
