Mike Connelly Underwoods is a fantastic place to do business. I asked Gretchen Anderson for help in designing an anniversary ring for my wife that included very modest family stones passed down and she did an amazing job. To be clear this was not a big high dollar project but a very modest piece. She was so helpful and it turned out perfect! I have bought several pieces there and am happy to call Underwoods our family jeweler.

They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in. She is always so patient and kind. All piercings photographed, other than the first live piercing, have been done by her. I’m obsessed! Lauren C. Cutter My sister, her two young daughters and myself all had piercings today at the Pensacola (Cordova Mall) location. We had the best experience!! The girls are 5 & 3 years old. They were very nervous but Amanda & Jude made everything better!!! They were able to pierce of the girls ears at the same time to minimize the pain & that was a blessing!!
