Philip immediately greeted me, and was very welcoming. I was completely comfortable with his expertise in jewelry and felt he was honest with the final outcome and price. He spent a great deal of time and research making me feel valued as a customer. I ended up getting my ring polished and cleaned, which turned out stunningly beautiful! Mr.Phillip, you have gained a dedicated customer, and I will be returning for future purchases.

5 /5 Katherine Garcia: In 2019, I found my wedding ring. It was the one, but it was a size 5.5. I needed an 8.5. I walked into a jewelry store, and they told me the ring could not be resized. They said I needed to return it and buy one in my size. That wasnt an option. This ring was one of a kind and it was my forever ring. I walked out of that shop and right down the sidewalk to Watson Jewelers. I told them what the other people said, and they said yes, that it was true. That my ring could potentially collapse during the heating process. They said they would be willing to try but that I needed to understand that the ring could collapse and that no matter what happened, I would have to pay for it. While they were trying to talk me out of doing it, I could tell they really wanted to give it a try. I told them this was my ring and to do it. Boy, did they! Pictures do not do this beauty justice. I trust them with all my jewelry. I recently had some work done on my wedding ring and had them resize my grandmothers ring so I could wear it. I love how professional they are. How they keep me abreast of everything that is happening with my jewelry and their talented team. Thank you so much for your willingness to take chances❤️

1 /5 Dominique Catrett: Had my engagement ring dropped off before the wedding which is this Sunday and never received a call and they only sent me a message. Its the week before my wedding and I have messages coming in from several different vendors, bridal and groom party, venue etc so relying on a single message to let me know my ring is ready monday the 19th and theyre closed Friday. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.

I was very anxious about picking out and designing an engagement ring and they answered all of my questions without hesitation and took their time explaining everything. Due to last minute change of plans I needed a rush to be put on it and they accommodated got it done in no time. Definitely exceeded my expectations and the ring is perfect. I highly recommend them.
