Lindsay Amick I wish I knew the name of the two women that helped us while we were picking out our wedding bands the day before our wedding, we had really slacked on getting them and didn’t really expect to leave with anything with how close the wedding was. We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!

Amy I went in here about 2 weeks ago and wanted to leave a review. The place was very nice and clean and the gentleman that was working was incredibly friendly and kind. I brought in a sentimental necklace that I always wear that was broke. He fixed it for me at no charge. I offered to pay but he kindly declined. I have already recommended this establishment to my family and friends and will definitely be back to shop and to have any batteries replaced in our watches or jewelry repaired. I highly recommend! He never pushed, or tried to talk us into anything. He also took the time to fix my husbands watch and show him how to adjust the date. And didnt charge us a single thing. Sf Morris Robert Young worked with me to create a stunning necklace blending a small coin from my fathers collection with diamonds and rubies from my mothers rings. I now have a stunning modern piece that has great sentimental value. He is wonderful and really listens to what you would like and adds his own fabulously creative design touches. I could not recommend him more highly!

Lauree Harrison LOVE this store! The staff is so personable, knowledgeable and professional with a great selection of products! Originally went into the store to have my rings checked and cleaned as I felt some of the prongs were loose. Roy greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and not only did he make me feel welcome, he listened to my concerns - you dont find that in most places! I have already received one of my rings back and I must say, it looks and shines exactly the way it did 16 years ago! In addition, I was looking for some new pieces for an upcoming event. Not only did Roy guide me and show me all sorts of options, Jessica came over to add some additional support and another perspective. Both of them were extremely patient and even excited to help put the ensemble together for me. When I returned to the store to pick up some items, Roy was helping another customer and Christina immediately came to work with me so I didnt have to wait. Her ideas and knowledge, along with Roy and Jessicas guidance and support, were over the top. I cant wait to be able to wear my "daily rings", but to feel like a million dollars in the future with the choices they helped me with. (Trust me, Im not a fancy, big spender, but they all made me feel like I was the most important client they had that day!) Jay, congratulations on putting together such a wonderful team. I will definitely be back for normal cleaning services and for any future jewelry needs. You guys are the best!

Hailey Garzia Lauren helped my husband design the perfect engagement ring + the most beautiful wedding bands. She did absolutely amazing & we are so beyond happy the results. Not only is Lauren friendly and helpful, she is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Both my husband & I highly recommend to go to Lauren for any jewelry needs, but definitely run don’t walk to get your wedding rings from her!! 10/10 always!!

Jessica Russo My fiance had my engagement ring made by the king jewelers team and loved working with them! Since then I’ve been in to pick out the wedding band and everyone is always so friendly! Everything in the store is absolutely gorgeous and I love my ring so much, the quality is amazing. Also love that I can go there anytime to get my rings cleaned. We would highly recommend king jewelers for anyone getting engaged or married!
