1 /5 Rita Marin-Pose: Negative experience. PRICES RIDICULOUSLY HIGH. I bought a charm and paid excessive because I felt in love with it. Wanted to buy a bracelet. I was cuoted a price high for a 10k hollow bracelet. I called and asked Reinier to see if he could do a little better, he promised to call me because even though it is a jewelry store it only opens Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm. Very strange business hours. He never called me back, about a week after I called again and he said he didnt care to call me back because that was the best price. He then raised the price by $70. When I told him about why even more when he had given me a price already he just said now he could probably make more. How about his word to a customer who already bought from him and was waiting for his response? Not important in his policy to do business. Honestly shame on him.
