wayne norris I cannot speak for it about any of these other reviews. I came into a bind and took some gold to sell. The price was fair and it was an easy transaction with cash in hand. I decided to work out a consignment deal WITH A HANDSHAKE on 2 other watches I had. After a month, neither watch had sold so I went to pick one up. I received that watch with zero issues and it was right in the case. The second watch I was told was at his jewelry maker getting a battery (common for stores not to be able to replace batteries on higher end pieces on the spot) and told me to give him a week. I have him the week and when I called he said a guy came in and out it in layaway. He asked for another week or so to get the payment and he’d would give me our agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, 2 days later, we all went on a stay at home order. Alex asked me to hold off until it was over and I very hesitantly did. Come time for the order to be lifted I called and Alex told me I could pick the money up Thursday. I tried to call on Wednesday to confirm and he did not answer. I spoke to his sister and I grew even more skeptical. She asked me to call the following day as he was gone for the day and reassured me I wasn’t be taken for a ride. Come Thursday I called and Alex was with customers. His sister once again spoke to me and told me to come in on Friday and she would see to it the Money was there and waiting. I went in today (Friday ) and sure enough, they were extremely polite (regardless of my skepticism) and there was an envelope with the cash in it waiting on me. I can say I now know Alex was just busy and not playing games. I will be returning with a few more time pieces I wouldn’t mind displaying for sale. As for the phone, number , his cell phone is what is listed on google. Be sure to get a business card and the store number is in it.

I wasnt expecting it, I know a pawn shop would of gave less. So Im very pleased. So if youre looking for a fair,honest business man go see Bruce

John Wilson For a pawn shop, these folks are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Theyve been in the business for many years, locally owned & operated and will bend over backwards, so to speak lol, to get you the cash amount youre seeking. The store itself has a good selection of products for sale and they have an inhouse jeweler who can install a new watch battery or even repair broken bracelets, necklaces, etc. Ive used them for numerous things including jewelry repair, watch batteries and short term loans. I highly recommend them.

They all came out beautifully and for a very fair price. AND, he was able to get it all done in just two days, which was important because I needed them before leaving the country. 10/10. Daniel Carroll Another Update: Had another repair that user is very hard on her jewelry! He went out of his way to order a special piece to make the repair rather than do a patch and he did not charge any extra for him going that extra mile. Best summed up in one word... HONEST. Update: Went back for another repair for the same piece because it was mishandled by the wearer not the fault of the repair, Courteous quick and reasonably priced. I had no doubt that there would have been no charge at all but it was not the repair that failed. While I may hope not to need his services soon I would have no hesitation recommending them. The most honest jewelry repair I have ever had! Came in UNDER the estimate and did not charge me the estimated (and very reasonable) price. The storefront is tiny and easy to miss but well worth looking for if you need quick honest repair services. There is what looks like a decent selection for sale but I was there only for a repair.. this time.
