Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and its employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase. Kristy My husband I werent looking to buy a ring or upgrade my current one. As a joke I wanted to stop in and see their clearance jewelry because I love a good sale. The sales associate Ileane was so great! She showed us ring styles that I liked but my husband had one picked out quickly. I was stubborn and needed to see multiple ones before going back to my husbands original choice. No pressure from the staff as we left the store then came back 15 minutes later after discussing it. I cant thank Ileane enough for the no pressure and hassle free environment and for making the upgrade to my wedding ring so easy.

Janae Kluth Lost a small stone in my engagement ring and needed a repair - had a previously not so great experience with a smaller jeweler in Plant City so I was a little skeptical. But this experience couldn’t have been more different, everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to assist my needs. I’ve gotten my ring cleaned at so many jewelers, but my husband and I both agreed that this is the best my ring has ever looked. So happy to have such a great jeweler so close to home.
