Thought it was a good time to turn in a small collection of bullion I acquired. The price I was given was several hundred more dollars than I expected! To say the least they were very fair! Given that their social media accounts showed only glimpses of what they offer, I was surprised (in the best way) to see the big range of designs they had! Savannah (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I could tell that she genuinely loves her job. A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing.
