5 /5 Trade Raider: This is an upscale coin and jewelry shop. It is very clean and organized.The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I cant speak for every item in the store, but they did work with me on the price of the item that I was looking at. One thing you should know about the vault is that cash is king.

5 /5 Susan Chandler: I have been a customer of the Vault and Co. several times. I have brought in a variety of jewelry items from 3 generations of family. I came into the store not knowing anything about selling or the process for determining jewelry value. I was a little apprehensive. The owner greeted me kindly and put me at ease. He explained the process that is used to determine the quality of each Item. We then went to his office where the items were sorted and evaluated. He tested each chosen piece and if it passed the testing he put each one on a scale to determine its weight. Finally he computed the value of the Items that were acceptable. He then totaled his findings and asked if I had any questions before the sale was concluded. The pricing was fair, it was done in front of you. He welcomed any questions I was pleased with both my experiences. The check was written and given to me. It was a good experience for both of us. I will come back to the Vault & Company as I clear out more jewelry. I highly recommend this business, owner Brian and his talented staff.
