Like so many items at Gold In Art, theyre unique. While you can find nice things at the big name stores, its hard to find one-of-a-kind works of art as you can, always, at Gold In Art. The knowledge, experience, and welcoming ways are what you can expect upon every visit. More recently, my daughters delicate gold necklace, a sentimental piece, broke while in Brazil. I brought it to Gold In Art for the repair and while I expected it to be well-done, I didnt expect that the repair would be nearly impossible to find! Also, if you’re looking to have an item appraised, I can now say that they are accurate and timely. Before you spend time and money at the big stores, try Gold In Art Jewelers in Mount Dora and get kind, professional treatment, and you just may find the unique jewelry you or your loved one always wanted.

No pressure, no frills - just a passionate man who truly enjoys fine jewelry and delivering amazing products. Took me months before I was ready to take the plunge, but Ira was there and responsive every step of the way, without being pushy. From diamond selection, to custom CAD design of the band, to delivery, it all went without a hiccup. You can tell he enjoys educating people on the jewelry industry, which I appreciate as well. They definitely live up to their 5 stars and their incredible reviews. I worked with several people throughout the process and they all treated me with such kindness. They were so willing to help me make sure my ring fit well and offered many solutions. Their service was not only great quality but also was done in a timely manner. To those I worked with, Andrew, Tracy, Anna, Randy (and any others if I didn’t catch their names) Thank you! Treating your customers with kindness and patience is so appreciated. I will be back!

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

kat poynter The thought of getting jewelry for someone , can be very daunting. The guys and gals at Jess’s jewelry make that a magical yet learning experience. From picking the type and grade of diamond to the custom made artistry, they simply outdo everyone around. The care and concern also is seen by the way they treat you as an individual. To say that I’m happy with the product that they made would be an understatement. I have shown the custom-made ring to five friends, they all want it, but being custom is the key! Thank you Darren for the amazing experience and price target!

JeLynn Douglas Usually the customer service isn’t great when I go to Pandora stores but the customer service here was PHENOMENAL!! Bryana was the best! She was so helpful and patient. I felt welcomed and acknowledge when I walked in as well. Best Pandora store I’ve been to.
