I even took my chain in to be soldered, and they did an incredible job! What I appreciate most is their honesty and the fact that its a family-run business. Bryan What an amazing experience !! from the moment i walked in a i was greeted by Sabrina who was very kind and welcoming. Told them what kind of piercing i wanted (surface piercing) and got Allison from the back to help me with it! Allison was very nice from the start to finish. she introduced her self and was very excited to do the piercing! she told me about the process , very informative , and let me choose the jewelry! at first i wanted the piercing on one side but she recommended to do the other side just because of old scarring, which i did not mind her recommendation ! Allison was so great , she made me calm and very excited to do this. She is very professional , everything is clean , and sterile . Through the process she gave me such positive reinforcement that i never had from professional piercer. Sabrina was very helpful when telling me about the after care! I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a piercing to come here and ask for Allison! Thank you so much and most def see you soon!!

ShelleMe 78 Went this past Saturday for a late Mother’s Day gift and my daughter who’s is a new mother wanted to pick up some makeup items. We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

BETHANY CAIN I had links taken out of a watch and while there I decided to have my wedding set resized because it has always been too big. Mr. David took the greatest care to make sure the rings fit well. He soldered them together as well. When I arrived he spent over an hour with me to make sure they fit comfortably. He cleaned them beautifully and they fit so much better. I highly recommend his services.

The jewelry designs are beautifully unique and repairs, carefully completed. I’ve had several pieces of my expensive jewelry as well as some favorite simple unique jewelry repaired or resized here, for little cost with excellent outcome.
