Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Scoti “Scubi Doo” Brought my bracelet in to get repaired and I figured it would be next week until I got it back. However less than 24 hours it was fixed and looking perfect. Plus I had an issue with my watch and the gentleman was able to fix it while I was in the store.
