She was so personable and sweet, making the whole experience enjoyable. I initially came in just to browse, but her genuine, no-pressure approach and fun demeanor made me want to stay and shop. Unlike my experiences at two other jewelers, Rose took the time to really listen and give me her full attention. She truly made the difference, and I ended up making a purchase thanks to her outstanding service!
