Elaine Deering Yesterday my watch strap broke so l decided to replace my watch with a new one. I selected an attractive design with all 12 Arabic numerals, a secondhand, and easy to read font. To my utter disappointment, about 6 hours later, it stopped working altogether, so l looked on Google for a watch repair place near me. Soon l found myself at Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs, about 30 minutes away from closing, but the owner assured me he could repair and clean it in less than 10 minutes. He did a thorough job and now l can return to my university job with an attractive and accurate timepiece at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you, Fast Fix. You brought a smile to my face and a great start to the school year!

Weston Scott Couldn’t be happier with the experience of designing my fiancée’s engagement ring with Kevin. I came in with a general idea (based on her input) and some scattered thoughts, and Kevin somehow managed to turn all that into something better than I ever imagined. From the start, he nailed the stone selection. It hit every mark I was looking for. But the setting is what really blew me away. I’m not sure I ever clearly articulated what I was envisioning, but Kevin understood it anyway. His attention to detail and ability to read between the lines during our calls was seriously impressive. She loves it, and the compliments haven’t stopped since she started wearing it. It’s elegant, subtle, and completely her. Kevin took a half-formed vision and turned it into something timeless, something that feels like it was always meant to be hers.

Shelby Jackson Absolutely amazed with the patience of these wonderful ladies!!! I took my 5 year old to get her ears pierced after months of going back and forth about it. As soon as she got in the chair I could see the fear in her eyes. It took her quite some time to gather herself and for me to encourage her to do it. All the while, the 2 ladies working there (they’re names escape me) waited patiently and spoke words of encouragement until she was ready. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a wonderful experience!
