We received exceptional customer service from the clerk who was running the department, I believe her name was Aaliyah. We usually go to Ulta but now JCPenney might be our new spot. She was spot on with the customer service and the knowledge and time she spent with us on your products.

Adelle Weaver I booked an appointment with Sid. I’d come for a piercing before but this was my first tattoo. Sid was incredibly sweet, patient, and professional! My last tattoo experience (not with minks) lead to a tattoo infection. I was obviously paranoid of it happening again and Sid was informal. TK Adam I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++
