From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new. And added a BEAUTIFUL piece to our jewelry collection for my husband and will be back to upgrade my diamond engagement ring soon! Please see Jennifer and tell her I said Hi!!!!

The craftsmanship is unbelievable, you can see the love that goes into each piece! The communication was great. In addition to lengthening a necklace that I bought from him years ago, he crafted earrings that perfectly matched my necklace.

Then we met Bruce-he was super friendly, and easy to talk to. We went in to sell some gold, already having a price in mind, but Bruce actually offered us more than we expected. He took the time to explain how gold pricing works and he gave us some great info on diamonds and watches too. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are looking to sell or buy. If you are in the market for a new watch this place should be at the top of your list. We left feeling really good about the whole experience.
