Sharmin Rashid The two associates were AMAZING!!! I always forget names, sadly, so I cant remember their names, but it was two women. They were so nice and made my sister feel safe and comfortable. They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in. I wish I could give them more stars and praise, because theyre just that amazing. I recommended them to my sisters friends parents already, and definitely recommend them to others.

Amanda Rawlings I had the best experience here! Carolyn provided me with the absolute best customer service experience I’ve ever had! I went in with a inspo picture and start to finish she just nailed it. Took the time, went into detail, provided pricing, and placed the order. I came back and picked up the two necklaces and the initial A that same week.(which she ordered in advance so it would be available) I can’t thank you enough doll I absolutely love my custom jewelry!

E. Blue I broke the setting on my engagement ring and I was recommended to go to KM Jewelers. Monte immediately knew what to do to repair and it was back in 2 days. My ring looks beautiful!

Daniel Carroll Another Update: Had another repair that user is very hard on her jewelry! He went out of his way to order a special piece to make the repair rather than do a patch and he did not charge any extra for him going that extra mile. Best summed up in one word... HONEST. Update: Went back for another repair for the same piece because it was mishandled by the wearer not the fault of the repair, Courteous quick and reasonably priced. I had no doubt that there would have been no charge at all but it was not the repair that failed. While I may hope not to need his services soon I would have no hesitation recommending them. The most honest jewelry repair I have ever had! Came in UNDER the estimate and did not charge me the estimated (and very reasonable) price. The storefront is tiny and easy to miss but well worth looking for if you need quick honest repair services. There is what looks like a decent selection for sale but I was there only for a repair.. this time.

Tigger The owners were super nice and helped me with my piece the same day ! He custom made my bail for my necklace the same day and said come back in an hour. DONE! 10 STARS RATING ❤️

Cheryl Kate Hohweiler Brian, Michelle and Vanessa were amazing and so helpful. Not to mention super quick in fixing two watches for me in a pinch! Never had an unpleasant experience with Joseph’s! The best around in merchandise selection and customer service is top notch!
