Shannon Osborn Wow!!! What an experience. Jennifer was a “GEM”. From the first conversation over the phone, she not only was informative about products and services but how to get from Titusville to there STRESS FREE!!!! Then meeting her when I came in to get some rings cleaned and polished up and a repair on a necklace. Window shopped while there, left my sparklies and went home. Came back the NEXT morning to pick up our pieces and man did they sparkle and shine. Better than new. The prices were good for the quality of the crystals. Also the owners vibes were absolutely amazing. They were truly the most amazing people that I’ve encountered with in a long time.

Jacob Baez II went to the store and spoke with Frank regarding my Miami Cuban bracelet and necklace. I encountered some issues with the lock clasps, but he was able to efficiently tighten and polish them. I would definitely recommend his services.

We got me a new wedding ring/anniversary ring/vacation present and Bob helped us pick out a beautiful gold ring with a sapphire and diamond accents. I absolutely love it!
