Ashley Mikula Brought in my grandmother’s diamond necklace that is my daily wear due to the diamond becoming loose in the prongs. I contacted the shop to see if they were able to repair it, the gentleman said to bring it in. My boyfriend drove it over to have it repaired and cleaned. The gentleman was able to get it repaired and cleaned on the spot! Overall a great experience and will hopefully be back with the future needs (& maybe some wants!) Couldn’t recommend this spot more for friendly, helpful and quick service!

I had a new diamond set into an existing setting, the old diamond set into a pendant, purchased a chain for the pendant and had 2 insurance appraisals done at this retailer. Gayle Inbody I took in a 2 carat Marquise diamond that I wanted to have remounted. I met with Frank Reubel, a very nice gentleman who has many years of experience in jewelry design. Marquise diamonds are not easy to remount in a non traditional setting. He designed a ring for me that would hold my diamond. And I have to say it came out amazing. I had looked for a long time to find something that was unique. Their workmanship was fabulous and I am thrilled with my new ring. During the process I spoke with Alex and he did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

When I first met with Jorge, I saw one of his custom sports jewelry pieces. As avid mountain bikers, I thought she may like it, so I showed it to her—and her face immediately lit up. She asked, “Do you think he’d let me combine his design with mine?” Not only was Jorge open to the idea, he embraced it wholeheartedly. He listened carefully to every detail and comment, patiently incorporated numerous changes throughout the process, and brought the design to life with a detailed 3D rendering and then a mold, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond sourcing the perfect emeralds and making sure every element of the rings was just right. The final piece left her speechless—it’s personal and completely unique. We were so thrilled with how her rings turned out that we decided to create a custom ring for me and earrings for my wife as well. Once again, Jorge took the time to understand our vision, listened patiently, and exceeded all expectations. Jorge’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
